We provided the financing, assisted our client through a planning revision and gave them the construction team to complete the works.

The conversion was completed with a number of planning improvements suggested by our construction team. Our client has currently agreed a sale of one unit and is refinancing the remainder onto a BTL mortgage to create a long-term investment.
